2025 National Honeymoon Day Sweepstakes Terms
Beginning August 11, 2025, Honeyfund (“Administrator”) will celebrate National Honeymoon Day by hosting a sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The prize includes a 4-night trip for two to Villa del Palmar Cancun or Puerto Vallarta in a studio room with an all-inclusive meal package for 3 days, transportation to/from the airport, and airfare for two up to USD $1,500 for one (1) lucky winner.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the US or Canada, excluding Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Honeyfund and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is administered by Honeyfund.com, Inc. (‘Administrator’ and ‘Sponsor’), located at 2519 McMullen Booth Rd N, Ste 510-260, Clearwater, FL 33761.
The Sweepstakes consists of one Grand Prize which includes:
- Four nights at Villa del Palmar Cancun or Puerto Vallarta in one studio room
- All-inclusive meal package for 3 days for two people
- Transportation to/from the destination airport
- Reimbursement of airfare for two up to $1,500 (USD)
Total approximate prize value $3,500. Any expenses not mentioned above, including, but not limited to personal expenses, travel insurance, and other travel expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. The Sweepstakes entry period begins on August 11, 2025 at 9:00 am EDT and ends on August 25, 2025, at 11:59 pm EDT (the Sweepstakes Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

No purchase necessary. One Gleam account per entrant. Multiple entries per Gleam account are possible. Automated system and bot entries are not allowed and will be disqualified.
ALTERNATE ENTRY METHOD: Participants without Internet access can mail written entries to 2519 N McMullen Booth Rd, Ste 510-260, Clearwater, FL 33761. Attn: 2025 National Honeymoon Day Sweepstakes. Entries must include the Entrant’s name, phone number and mailing address.
All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned.
On or about September 2, 2025 the Administrator will select one winner at random from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The Administrator will attempt to notify the potential giveaway winner via e-mail. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.The Administrator will make a minimum of three attempts to contact the potential winner via the contact information provided during entry, using methods such as e-mail or direct message on Instagram.). If the potential winner cannot be reached within five calendar days of the first attempt, an alternate winner may be selected. Only three (3) alternate prize winners will be selected, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. The potential Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) business days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.
If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Administrator reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winner’s behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.
Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. All potential winners from Canada will be required to answer a time-limited skill-testing question correctly without any assistance to be eligible to receive a prize, or such prize will be forfeited.
Prize fulfillment: Approximately 3-6 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, the winner will receive booking instructions for a 4-night stay at a resort in Mexico and associated grand prize items. Travel must be completed by December 1, 2026. Blackout dates include but are not limited to November 24-28, 2025, December 22, 2025-January 6, 2026, February 16-20, 2026, and November 24-28, 2026. Booking is based on availability. If the winner forfeits the stay after it has been booked, the prize will not be re-awarded. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
Prizes are considered taxable income by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA), as applicable. As such, the winner will be responsible for all taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on the prize and will be required to provide their Social Security number or Taxpayer ID for tax reporting purposes if the value of the prize is $600 or more. The Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of the prize won by the giveaway winner who is a U.S. resident. Prize winner acknowledges that he/she will receive a Form 1099 from the Sponsor and agrees to provide whatever information is necessary for the Sponsor to comply with applicable governmental reporting requirements.
In the event that the operation, security, or administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason including natural disasters or acts reasonably beyond the control of the Administrator, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, the Administrator may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume theSweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. If the prize cannot be fulfilled due to the above impairment, the prize will be canceled.
The Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless the Administrator, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d)application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstake, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Administrator is not responsible for any prize that is not timely taken or properly redeemed by any winner, or for any prize that is lost, damaged or stolen during or after shipping.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Information collected from entrants is subject to Administrator’s privacy policy.
Winner Announcement: The winner’s name will be available on the Honeyfund blog within a reasonable time after the winner has been confirmed.
