You'll step in the door as the captain of the ship! The goal of the President position is to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. You'll be invaluable on a daily basis, including:

  • Working directly with the CEO and CTO (our founders) to design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Developing and managing business projections and financial reporting documents and serve as lead finance officer
  • Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth and see them through
  • Evaluating company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of department heads (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

The Honeyfund Ad Sales Executive is responsible for building strong relationships and successfully selling advertising opportunities on Honeyfund and Plumfund, which offer millions of dollars of inventory and growing.

The objective of the role is to generate ad revenue for the company, while thrilling clients with solid campaign results.

You must be a confident, driven and proactive ad sales expert, with exceptional people and communication skills.

What you'll do:

  • Develop compelling sales proposals.
  • Handle incoming leads and partnership requests.
  • Meet and exceed your sales targets.
  • Create rock solid agency and client relationships and be there during critical periods of planning and decision making.
  • Keep sales materials up to date.
  • Develop new leads on a regular basis.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring agency and client satisfaction at all times.
  • Work with the appropriate Honeyfund team members to ensure client campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Complete post campaign analysis and other reports when required.
  • Effectively manage work load in fast paced environment, remaining organized in order to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proactively identify and tackle problems using a common sense approach.
  • Completing other duties as assigned.

What you need:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • A strong sales focus.
  • A resume that includes at least 5 years sales or media agency experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel in particular) is a must.

  • Experience meeting with stakeholders to discuss objectives for sites, funnels and apps, and other online projects

  • Provide expert creative guidance on the overall look, feel and functionality of design projects
