Hello friends and family,

It was anticipated for the 60th birthday of dad and mom we would be having a large party where we could all get together and surprise and celebrate these two wonderful people. However, COVID has changed these plans and we are going to plan B.

Over the past few years mom and dad have been really wanting to take a vacation somewhere warm to spend time with one another. After brainstorming we thought, it would be fun to try and get them some funds to make this happen once they feel comfortable traveling again (this can't last forever, right?!) Since mom and dad's birthday are a few months apart we figured we would start the funding process and give them this gift in between 2/15 (dad's bday) and 5/16 (mom's bday). They can then use the funds to plan somewhere to go when they deem fit.

We understand COVID has hit people financially so PLEASE DO NOT FEEL OBLIGATED to donate. If you do wish to help with the trip any amount is great! Tacos and margaritas aren't too expensive and a few dollars will help out with the 60th birthday vacation for the two.

We are disappointed we couldn't hold a bonanza to celebrate but want to try and do something special for them.

Thank you for being an important part of mom and dads life! We hope they can get to a beach soon to enjoy some one on one time together with their toes in the sand and a drink in hand!
