West Coast, USA

We are so excited that for our honeymoon we have the opportunity to hop in the vehicle for a week and explore the west coast. We will be leaving the house Sunday, June 5, 2022 and traveling through 11 states throughout the week.

Day 1 our first stop we are planning is in Oakley, Kansas and visiting the Chalk Pyramids. Later that day we will be in Colorado where we will spend the night sight seeing the Mesa Verde National Park.

Day 2 we will travel through Wyoming into Idaho visiting the Sheshone Falls we will then travel to Oregon that afternoon visiting the Yaquina Head Lighthouse, Crater Lake National Park. We will be spending the night in Oregon.

Day 3 We will hit the California coast our first stop that morning will be at the Redwood Forest. Afterwards we will make our way down the coast seeing the Santa Monica Beach and the Golden Gate Bridge and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. We will end day 4 riding on horseback to the Hollywood Sign and picnicking in the sunset.

Day 4 will consist of visiting Big Sur, Winchester Mystery House, San Diego Zoo, Glass Beach, and Alcatraz Island.

Day 5 we will start our journey back home hoping to be able to stop and see the Grand Canyon on the way back home. We have such a fun trip planned and we cannot wait to start our new journey in life together traveling and seeing some breath taking views. Soaking in all of the sunlight and beauty that will be around us. Which is why we ask that if you wish to give to please contribute to our honeymoon fund instead of physical gifts. This trip will give us the opportunity to make memories that will last a lifetime and many years down the road we will be able to share these memories with our grandchildren and great grandchildren.
