Michael and I are so excited to invite you to join us in Las Vegas for our wedding celebration and reception on Thursday, September 10th, 2020!
Wedding day details:
Shuttle service (Crown Las Vegas) will pick guests up at NewYork NewYork Hotel. Please arrive by 3:45 so you do not get left behind. The shuttle leaves at 4pm. The Crown driver will have a sign for the Webb & Alvarez wedding party. Red Rock Canyon is about 30 min outside of Las Vegas.
**There is NO cell service once you reach RRC**
**We currently have a permit for RRC which is VERY strict on guest count and only allows 30 guests including children, so it is EXTREMELY important to RSVP due to capacity.**
Our wedding ceremony will take place at 5pm at Red Rock Canyon. **Please note** there is a 10-15 min walk to the ceremony location and the canyon allows for standing only, as it is a natural preserve and they don’t allow seating (so wear comfy shoes!). The reverend will meet guests at 4:45 SHARP in the parking lot to guide guests to the ceremony location. The scenery is amazing so charge your phones and take lots of pictures! ☺️
Shuttle service will remain on site. Anyone that is heat sensitive can wait in the shuttle up until the reverend meets our party, and once the ceremony is finished you are more than welcome to wait in the shuttle until photographs are done. There will be family and group photos after the ceremony. The shuttle will leave at approx 6pm.
Next, the shuttle will take guests back to Excalibur Hotel. The wedding reception starts at 6:45 to approx 9:30 at Buca di Beppo Italian restaurant inside of Excalibur. We will have a private dining room where dinner, dessert, and non-alcoholic drinks are included for our guests. Alcohol can be purchased separately. If any guests have dietary restrictions the restaurant will accommodate this, as well as children’s menu selections.
After the reception, we would like to invite you to the dueling piano bar at New York New York Hotel, where we are staying that evening. Guests can begin to arrive around 10pm, reservation and details pending.
*Attire - Las Vegas will be quite warm, wear whatever is comfortable! Wear sunscreen! Also wear comfortable shoes since the ceremony is not seated and there is a short walk to the site. The piano bar may be more dressy (we will confirm this).
*Hotels - many guests are staying at NYNY hotel. You can choose to stay wherever you prefer. We are staying at NYNY on the 10th, but we are also renting a house near the strip for the entirety of our stay. There are many great houses on VRBO, Air BnB and such.
