Hello all,
We hope you've all been safe and healthy as we enter year two of pandemic life. We've been fortunate to connect with many of you virtually during this time and cherish all of those Zoom / Facetime / Google / BlueJeans / WeChat calls immensely!
We wanted to inform everyone that will be indefinitely cancelling our wedding event. We both wished we could have all our friends and family in the same space celebrating this year but we feel this is the right decision for us. Who knows, we may throw a 5 year anniversary party down the line!
With that being said, we did get officially married on October 10, 2020 in a small, six person outdoor ceremony here in Portland, Oregon. Special shout out to our amazing friend, Michael London, for officiating, and Leslie London, Adrian London, and Lexie Carr for being witnesses and for documenting the day! They made the day so special and memorable for us, despite it being very different from what we originally envisioned.
Since then, Kathy has been chugging along in her new(ish) job in Nike's Apparel Sourcing team, and I have completed a 6-month software development bootcamp and have re-entered the job market. We also recently bought a house here in Portland. We are in the process of moving into it and learning new home renovation skills! As we all have learned during this stressful time, the world spins madly on, and we have to have hope and move forward as well.
We hope you all have a chance to visit at some point soon. Until then, virtual hugs all around!

We are so thankful for each and every one of you. While this registry exists, please do not feel obligated to get us anything at all. Your presence in our lives as been enough of a gift for us. This has mostly been a fun way to plan our next vacation!
We are excited to see some of you in Austin on Labor Day weekend!!
