Hello friends and family,

We thank you for sharing in the joy of our marriage. We've kept things small and private because, frankly, we are not comfortable with large extravaganzas centered around us. However, cooler heads have prevailed and several loved ones have expressed their desire to gift us with something, despite our protests that we have everything we need.

As it would turn out you can't stop a determined mother and grandmother from getting (or giving) what they want. So here we are. In addition to our upcoming wedding, Kelsey and I are also purchasing a new home. Specifically the one located at 5138 Oasis Park Ln. It's in a new-ish neighborhood located right off the light rail and minutes from my new shop. We love the location and the prospect of settling in a new part of town. This page will be used as a way to help kick start our new life there. Like most people we know, we are blessed to have everything we need: good health, great friends and family and a kitchen full of mostly useless gadgets (thank you, Pinterest). If we ever were to "want" anything in addition to all of that, I suppose it would be to consolidate our two lives under one roof.

Please don't feel obligated to make a gift, but do know that if you do it's going directly into our new home. No re-gifting, no trips to the donation center resulting from your bad taste in presents :) and certainly no obligation.

We hope that this settles any disputes between our desire to just share our new life with you and any desire to gift us with anything in addition to your love and care.
