Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held in one of our favorite areas on the Hyde Family ranch. It is a grassy, shady area alongside the Loup river bank. While it is a beautiful and tended to location, we encourage guests to wear appropriate shoes for being in nature as stickers and sandburs are common in this area. Since it is along the river bank, small children will need to be tended to. Transportation down to the area from the parking area will be provided. Guests are welcome to mix a drink before finding a seat. After the ceremony we will enjoy food, music and the beautiful Nebraska scenery.
Guests are welcome to camp on the ranch the night of the ceremony. There are plenty of places for a tent or camper. There are unfortunately no spots available to hook up to power or water so please plan accordingly. While we want you to enjoy your stay on this beautiful ranch, please be respectful of the nature around you. There are also 5 dogs who live on the ranch, so we ask that guests do not bring pets.
