Here are the instructions for booking a room using our discount code:
1. Go to the website for our specific hotel – www.Marriott.com/CHIDE
2. Select the Dates of Stay, then select the Corporate/Promo Code button
3. Enter the Promotion Code W14 and then view room type and rates available
4. Select the room type and continue through the reservation process
You may also call the hotel at 844-205-4170 to make reservations and still be able to use the code (W14). The group rate is only available for the Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the wedding weekend. If you plan to arrive before Thursday or stay after Sunday, you will need to pay the full price of the room for those additional days. Unfortunately, if you are a member with Marriott rewards, your rewards points cannot be used in addition to the group discount.
There will be a shuttle service that will take you to the church and then will pick you up from the reception and take you back to the hotel. If you decide to book at the hotel using Marriott rewards let me know so we can still get you on the shuttle!
