We have a bit of a non-traditional family, and did things a little backwards; having kids, then buying a house, and now tying the knot. Because we tend to do things differently, we thought we'd continue the theme with our wedding.

We don't want a huge wedding and an outrageous expense. We've decided we would like to do a small elopement on a private beach and then have a bigger celebration when we return. But with this, we will still have travel expenses. We do not expect gifts, but we thought if you'd like to give, maybe you can help us to combine our wedding with a family honeymoon. We'd like to have our kids present, and we are hoping to stay a little while, and try a few of the touristy activities.
