Dearest friends & family,
We couldn't be more excited to announce that WE ELOPED! While we wished you all were there to celebrate with us, we decided to purchase a home instead of a big wedding this past year. We are thrilled with our decision and can't wait to show you more photos from our (little) big day. We may have done without a big wedding, but we are so excited to be leaving for a week-long Cancun honeymoon in November! We're so blessed to already have a home full of everything we need, so please enjoy browsing our Honeyfund wish list where you can contribute funds to our dream honeymoon if you'd like! We can't wait to book excursions to Tulum, spend a day (or two) at the spa, and spend a week lounging by the ocean.

Our elopement was absolutely magical! We were joined by our parents, siblings, nieces, and four-week-old nephew. Everyone traveled from CA, AZ, and TN to be there for our day and it meant so so much to us to have our immediate families present.
We started the day in the redwood forest for a few photos before heading to the coast where we hiked down to a small cliff for our intimate ceremony. Trav's dad played guitar, a song he wrote and named "Magen's walk" as the bride's dad walked her down the path aisle. Our ceremony was officiated by the bride's sister and it was so personal and so hilarious! We cried, we laughed, we said I DO and sealed it with a shot of bourbon! After the ceremony, we took a few family photos before heading out for a post-nuptials hike where we snapped some epic photos while the family headed back to put the finishing touches on our home-cooked wedding dinner. The dinner was so delicious and so beautiful! Travis made the dinner table and we both designed the tablescape, a very T+M soiree. After dinner, we sat around a fire by the Smith River roasting smores and sipping champagne. The entire day was perfect! We are still floating and feeling so loved.
