We're lucky to already have a home full of everything we need, but we are looking to grow our family. Our current home is perfect for the two of us, however it will begin to become more cramped once we make additions to our family. We are happy with the current location and land we own, however we are wanting to build our dream home on this property. As building homes are not cheap, we would like assistance to go toward paying off the current mortgage as well as a down payment to begin our forever home in lieu of wedding gifts.
