Hi everyone! It's getting closer!

As far as hotel information, we blocked 20 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in Port Washington and 10 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Roslyn.

So far (as of March 18, 2022) 11 out of the 20 rooms have been booked at the Hilton Garden Inn. Unfortunately I am unable to block anymore rooms until all 20 rooms are booked. They told me they have a crazy weekend there the weekend of the wedding and are unsure if they would even be able to block anymore rooms once the 20 blocked rooms are booked. This location will have a shuttle bus running from 5:45pm - 7:45pm to drop off to the venue and 11:45pm - 1:45am to pick up from the venue and drop off at the hotel.

Therefore, I called an another hotel to block additional rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Roslyn. It is the same distance from the venue. These rooms are a tad bit cheaper and include breakfast in the morning. The only downfall is that this hotel will not have a shuttle bus to drop off or pick up guests. If you stay at this location, you will either have to drive or take a cab. Also, I can not block additional rooms at this location until all 10 blocked rooms are booked. The last time I spoke to them they had 25 rooms available, but have FOUR WEDDINGS with room blocks for that weekend, so I am not sure if I will even be able to block more rooms here either.

Please note the wedding starts at 6:30PM. I know Friday traffic is awful, especially at this time, so I want everyone to be aware of the start time. The ceremony is on-site and the cocktail hour is right after the ceremony.
