Greetings!
Hello friends and fam,
There have been quite a few inquiries regarding when we are getting married... So, without further ado, William Tindal and Shalane Lowes are exchanging vows during an intimate elopement at the Lost Gulch Overlook in Boulder, Colorado, on Jan. 10, 2022.
Ughhhh, I want to be there to be a part of this moment... Welp, there's great news! The exchanging of our vows is being streamed live through Facebook. So, pour an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage and join us in the virtual world as we celebrate our love of becoming husband and wife.
The Facebook link will be provided as soon as the event is created via social media.
On to the most anticipated question... WHY are Bill and Shalane eloping?
1. As much as we would love all our friends and fam, a small, medium, or large wedding isn't our cup of tea.
2. Both of us have never been to another state together, other than visiting our parents in Missouri and North Carolina.
3. Both of us think spending tons of cash on a one-time deal (don't jinx us, lol) is absurd.
4. YOLO, Carpe Diem
5. Bill just turned 40 and is pushing the making memories age limit, just kidding.
6. Simple... Both of us are simple people who like simple things and want to share this special moment as a couple. You know, making memories.
8. Oh, not to mention, we're still in the middle of a pandemic.
9. Since the beginning of our engagement, heck, even before getting engaged, we both wanted an intimate elopement.
10. There's no 10; we just felt like there needed to be an even number...
For almost a decade, both of us have been fortunate enough to have some of the most supportive and amazing people in our lives. As we exchange our vows and begin our lives as one, we're asking for the same continued love and support.
With that said, since we've been together for such a long time, we don't require wedding gifts such as a toaster, crockpot, etc. Instead, keep reading...
Bill and I don't want to offend, but we have enough,
Tons of household goods, so much stuff,
Don't go shopping, please sit back and rest,
A simple gift of cash is our request,
Don't go overboard or rob a bank,
All amounts will make us smile with thanks,
Your generous donations will help us with,
house remodeling projects and our HONEYMOON trip.
Although we decided to celebrate our love with each other, please know our friends and families remain in our thoughts and our hearts. Both of us are forever grateful for the love and support and can't wait to celebrate once we return to South Carolina as the Tindal's. Details to come...
All our love,
William and Shalane
