I wanted to share the story of how Joey and I (Katt) met. I was told about this run club through an individual at the fitness center I worked at, and he kept telling me to come check it out one day. I wasn't sure, but I finally decided I would, and that started everything!

This specific run was at The Beer Hub (the 2nd time I ever ran with this group), and I was introduced to so many people. We ran, we drank, and we talked. Then I went home. I met a man there that I knew I wanted to know more about, so I went to Facebook for help! I ended up finding a post he "liked" on the run group page and I sent him a message.

We met up each week at the run group, hung out in groups, and got to know each other. I was smitten from the beginning. This man had a heart of gold and was so handsome to boot!

It was valentines day of 2020 that he OFFICIALLY asked me to be his girlfriend (and we moved in together less than a month after that). We love to be outdoors together, whether it's sitting in our backyard, climbing a mountain, or kayaking through the water. We also love traveling together, and take as many trips as we can!

It has always felt so "easy" with him, and just like this was meant to be. I love him so much and can not wait to be his Mrs.
