New Zealand

Traveling to New Zealand has been a dream of ours for a number of years, both because of our love of the native fauna and our love of The Lord of the Rings. The endangered kiwi bird is Sam's favorite animal, and we have been donating to the New Zealand-based charity "Kiwis for Kiwi," an organization that helps protect kiwi from development and introduced predators, since 2013. During our trip we plan to participate in activities that help kiwi conservation, experience the amazing wildlife, and see some sites from one of our favorite movie series.
