Well, we did it! Though we wish we could have shared this beautiful day with tons of friends and family surrounding us and supporting us, we felt the loving energy from all of you from far away! We can't begin to share what this day meant to us. After our perfect (but unbelievably hot!!) ceremony in the woods, we headed home and packed Chris's car to leave for Columbia, Mo. (COMO as they call it) He promptly started work after 3 days on the road and I know the kids and the studio will benefit so much from his warmth and energy. He has a bed, two chairs, PLENTY of cool lighting, and a coffee maker. So he is all set until our life arrives- at some point. We have had quite the showdown with the moving company.

I (Linds) just ended a 13 year run at my favorite place- Trader Joe's.  It is a bitersweet end and a brand new beginning for my little family. I will be able to devote my time and energy to my students and to the DIY stuff I love to do as a semi-homemaker. I will spend 2 more weeks here in California with my family and soak up the beach and sun. But I can't wait to meet my husband in Columbia in just a few weeks to continue the new saga!
