The daily check-in time for this hotel is at 3pm. Unfortunately, the hotel service could not guarantee that all rooms would receive an early check-in. With our ceremony beginning at 3pm, we hope all guests will be able to check-in early and take the shuttle service to our venue.
However, if this is not feasible please call the hotel the day of the wedding to inform them that you will be checking in after the wedding reception. This will ensure that your room will be held for you throughout the day.
Please arrive at Springhill Suites Buffalo Airport hotel promptly at 1:15pm if you plan to take the shuttle service to the venue. The shuttle service will only be taking as many as passengers as it is allowed to. Please do not be late.
