Dear Friends and Family,

We cannot wait to celebrate our wedding with you this August! We are so grateful to each of you for making the effort to be there with us and are so happy to share this special time in our lives with you.

After a jam-packed year, we are very much looking forward to relaxing and enjoying our first two weeks as Husband and Wife on our honeymoon in Italy and France. Neither of us can remember the last time we took a vacation this long (if ever?!) and thanks to our dear friend Maggie (travel agent extraordinaire) and brother-in-law Austin (resident travel consultant/guru) , our honeymoon promises to be the trip-of-a-lifetime. A HUGE Thank You to both of you for all of your help planning, booking and PERFECTING this very special time for us.

A little bit about our trip: We will be flying out on Sunday evening, arriving in Santa Margherita Ligure (Northern, Mediterranean coast of Italy) on Monday afternoon. For the first few days, we plan on unwinding and recuperating with some much needed time (and Rosé) by the pool at the exquisite Hotel Grand Miramare.

For the second half of our honeymoon, we will be renting a car and driving west along the picture-perfect Mediterranean coastline to the South of France. We both love road trips and are really looking forward to this scenic drive across the border.

Our first stop in France will be in the hilltop village of Èze. Perched on a rocky cliff above the sea, Èze is a Medieval village with narrow cobblestone streets and stunning panoramic views of the Medditerranean. Neither of us has ever been and we can't wait to explore this magical place that has been recommended to us as a 'must' by so many of our friends.

For the final leg of our trip, we will be spending five nights in the resort town of Antibes. With the best of everything the Côte d’Azur has to offer - winding streets, sandy beaches, open-air markets and world-class restaurants - Antibes will be our own personal heaven before we return to reality.
