We've been together a year or two

we don't really need anything new

yet if a gift is your intention

we thought we would mention

there is something we’d like to do

Our wish is to make a real place of our own

To start married life with not a house, but a home

A contribution of some form towards our big task

Would be greatly appreciated, if its not too much to ask

More importantly though

And what we’re trying to say

Is we don’t need much more

Than you being with us on our day!
