Join us for the welcome party on Thursday night 8/11 at Tapped in Middletown NY where we will all get to drink, eat and mingle before the big day.
Friday will be filled with wedding festivities and then Saturday will be recovery and exploring the beautiful Hudson Valley. We will keep everyone updated on details but in the meantime, book your stay at the Wyndham Hotel below. The Marriot & Hilton blocks are now full. All hotels are right next to each other so you won't be missing out no matter where you stay!

HOTEL INFORMATION:
Accommodations are available at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Middletown. Please call 877-361-2512 and tell them you are part of the Richter Turner Wedding to book.
The Marriott & Hilton hotel blocks are completely full!
WELCOME PARTY:
On Thursday 8/11 at 7pm, we invite you all to the welcome party at Tapped in Middletown NY (10 minutes from hotel's). There will be drinks, food and will be a nice way to everyone to mingle before the big day!
SHUTTLE SERVICE:
This will be provided from Marriott Hotel (walking distance from Hilton & Microtel) to the venue before the wedding and following the reception (Ceremony and reception are both at the same location). Specific shuttle timing will be given closer to the wedding.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you plan to arrive on Friday 8/12, the hotels will not let you into the room until 3pm. The shuttle for the venue will leave around 4:30pm. We recommend arriving Thursday night to make the process smooth for your family. We will be having welcome drinks Thursday night which you can join if you arrive on Thursday!
