More Information:

1. Make sure you have a place booked whether it’s an air b n b or hotel (closest one being porterville holiday inn)

2. Weather in springville is cold!! Daytime is usually 60s and night time is about 40s. We will be in barn for reception and they have heating system but when leaving make sure to bring very warm coats.

3. Bring umbrella just in case of slight rain during ceremony.

4. There is absolutely ZERO service in the small city of springville (wifi only and can be given wedding day at the barn only)
Make sure to have your maps screenshot when driving there

5. For seating chart please refer to Groom's mother or Bride's mother for updated seating day of wedding (may be different from seating chart board)

1pm: Gazebo is where everyone will meet & where first bridal/groom appearance will be (if rain the coordinator will escort everyone accordingly)

2pm: Everyone will walk over to the lake/bridge area next to gazebo.

3:30pm: Cocktail Hour Under the barn area

4:30pm: Everyone will enter the barn and be seated until bridal party enters by 5pm.

For anyone who would like to change/retouch: There is a groomsman bedroom upstairs inside the barn next to the restrooms you can make use of.
