Sometimes, you just know. I think that simple phrase sums up how Katrina and I feel about each other. We knew that there was something special between us from the beginning. We have the “IT” quality that people look for when they hope to meet that special person. When Katrina departed for several months to attend to her mother’s needs during Covid, the empty abyss of separation was a constant reminder to both of us that our lives are more abundant when we are together, working as one. We strive to make each other’s aspirations more attainable, our pain more bearable and our destination together conceivable.
