On what was supposed to be another group trip with their good friends in 2017, these two found themselves enthralled in each other’s presence. Maybe it was the magic that seemed to bleed out of each corner of the Big City. Maybe it was long walks around Central Park or the late nights on the rooftop of their Airbnb in Astoria. Maybe it was the whiskey.
Whatever it was, it was real.
Their last subway ride and a fresh gyro led them to a bench in the middle of the streets in Manhattan which sparked a conversation about love, life and relationships. Neither addressed it, but they know they were really talking about their future together. Little did they know that bench would turn into the bench only two years later.
In March of 2019, Alexa and Mikhail decided to relive the moments where they first fell in love with each other in New York City. And of course, they had to revisit the bench.
It was at this moment, that Mikhail had revealed that he had asked Alexa’s father, Raul, for his graces to marry her.
Their engagement marked the beginning of a life together that is seemingly meant to be. They are both known for their strong work ethic, and as hard as they work in their careers, it’s as if their relationship is effortless. Anyone who’s had the opportunity to spend time with them knows that their personalities, values, and energy were designed for each other.
On July 11th, 2020 Alexa and Mikhail will officially join in marriage in the beautiful city of Santa Monica, CA. The moment would not be complete without your attendance, so please enter your address below to receive the official invitation.
