Our wedding will be a Semi-formal, intimate, eclectic, and elegant celebration with southern, vintage and bohemian themes including elements of nature, adventure and music.
We will begin with the outdoor ceremony on the gazebo deck at the charming Hooper House- a historic farmhouse built in 1910.
After the ceremony, guests are invited to mingle in the dining room and wrap around porches as they enjoy live music, hors d'oeuvres and beverages, including a signature cocktail and receive a unique, 1 of a kind keepsake gift from us.
After sunset, the reception will begin in the 3rd floor game room where guests will have dinner, drinks and dancing with the couple.
After the reception, guests will join the couple on the first floor porch for a wedding favor scavenger hunt. The winner will receive an additional prize.
To wind the evening down, guests will travel 2 blocks down to the City Harbor pier to board The Sweet Afton, a fully staffed charter cruise vessel featuring 2 decks and a cash beer and wine bar. Guests will be taken on a star lit cruise of beautiful Lake Guntersville.
Upon returning to the pier, guests are invited to participate in a sparkler send off, giving us a blazing finale!
