Italy

We leave for Italy the evening of August 2nd. Here's our itinerary:

August 3-5: Chapter Roma Hotel, Rome

- Drinking wine at La Barrique and Litro

- Eating pasta at Trattoria Da Cesare al Casaletto

- Walking around Rome and stopping everywhere to eat and drink!

August 5-9: Reschio Estate, Umbria, Tuscany

- Relaxing in the bathhouse in the old wine cellar of the 1000 year old castle

- Horseback riding

- Going to Ampeleia winery -- a 2-hour daytrip but one of our favorite wine makers!

- Eating dinner in Montepulciano

August 9-14: Hotel Villa Arcadio, Lake Garda

- Hiking at the foothills of the Italian Alps

- Hanging by the pool at the hotel, which is an old monastery

- Riding bikes around part of the lake
