More Information:

HOTEL INFORMATION
All of the hotels listed except the Harbor Inn are a block from the beach house where the immediate family will be lodging. This information is imperative to those of you who are participating in the ceremony because we will be offering a home cooked supper with drinks after the ceremony at the beach house and if you would like to attend, parking is free at the hotels nearby, while parking will likely be limited on the street where the house is located.

The Harbor Inn is further from the house where we will be lodging, however its very close to the beach where the reception will be held. This is just fine for anyone who is only attending the beach reception.
All of these hotels are about one eight of a mile walking distance to the beach where the reception will be held.
RECEPTION INFORMATION
The reception is from 10 am-ish to sunset. The sunsets at this beach are spectacular! We will be there as early as 8 am for set up.
There will be a white Renaissance style tent with beach chairs near fire pits on the beach and that is where the Saturday September 7th reception will be held on the beach.
Twin Lakes beach on East Cliff drive is a lovely intimate yet accommodating place to gather!
Aside from fire pits and sand volley ball courts there are boogie boards, skim boards, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and surf boards for rent along with any beach supplies one might need from extra chairs to sun block at the gift store and rental shacks.
There is a caffe, a taco stand and a full tequila bar as well as a two excellent restaurants located on this small beach with secured parking behind it at only 1 dollar an hour first hour parking is free.
You can get a parking permit for the day for a small fee and park closer to the fire pits if parking is available there its first come first serve. I highly recommend this if you plan on bringing heavy items to carry such as Ice, wood for the fire pit or heavy beach gear. We will be there as early as 8 am to meet our beach butlerz who will be setting up the pagoda.

WHAT TO BRING
Since the beach is fully stocked with anything anyone could want there are only basics to bring.
Towel
Fire wood for the fire pits
Things to roast over a fire pit like hot dogs and smores
Ice for coolers
Coolers
what ever snack you like and want to share

RULES
Two things that are important to note:
Glass bottles are not allowed on the beach what so ever, that's easy right.
Most importantly, people are not allowed to drink alcohol openly on the beach.
People either drink at the tequila bar or they sneak their drinks in things that are not glass and are not obvious because rangers do random checks on people and ask them to open their coolers about once a day.

Other than that this place is a blast of fun and We are So STOKED to celebrate with you!

With Love,
Kari (kc) and Star (Lizzy)

Someplace Tropical

We know we want to go someplace tropical for our honey moon. We have a few places in mind and are researching the best times and weather conditions. Some of the activities we look forward to experiencing on this trip will be meeting sloths, monkeys, and swimming in a warm sea. Of course we will want to taste the coffee where ever we go so we can stay awake long enough each day to dance with the locals in the evening. Maybe one of us will even convince the other to go zip lining through a jungle!

Your donation will cover the expenses of a honey moon which would include a pet sitter/ home sitter/ plant waterer/ air fare/ hotel sleeping accommodations/ food/ exploration activities/ and possibly a friend or travel agent to help us find the best destination for time and weather.

We would like to have two weeks. It will be our first time having two entire weeks together on a vacation and I know we will remember this trip as well as those who help us make this honey moon happen, for a lifetime!

Giving thanks from the depths of our heart for your love and contribution.

Love,

KC and Star aka Lizzy
