If you will be here Saturday, May 5th, come get your yoga on! Melissa will be teaching the class, no experience required. It is at Intuition Ale Works, 929 E Bay St, Jacksonville, FL 32202 from 10-11am.
Bring a small donation for the class. It benefits Yoga4Change, a non-profit bringing yoga to correctional facilities, rehabilitation centers, veterans and vulnerable youth! :)
We also want to mention how blessed we are to BE a blessing in the Jacksonville community. If you're able, bring a few canned goods to the ceremony to benefit LendAWing Food Pantry, which brings over 800 students per semester food every week at UNF. :)
