We're heading north to Iceland, Sweden and Denmark for a Nordic adventure! We'll be driving around Iceland to see the Northern Lights, orcas in the wild and mini horses. In Sweden, we're planning to eat at Magnus Nillson's restaurant, Faviken and catch an FC Rosengaard soccer match. Then we'll pop over to Copenhagen to see the gardens, canals and castles. Can't wait to explore this part of the world -- all recommendations, especially food related ones, are welcome!
