Hey all you Cool Cats and Kittens,

On a sunny Sunday in September, Taylor Hutchings and Davis Gilbertson (known as the respective Jay-Z and Beyonce of suburban Atlanta) announced their engagement. As the heavens opened up and doves sang, the couple was immediately inundated with heartfelt well-wishes from those they loved. To say the pair was "thankful" would be akin to calling Fred Rogers "a pretty decent dude."

However, as the lovebirds were distracted by the more thrilling aspects of being wed (such as updating their living wills and opening joint bank accounts), they were soon met by their shared fear: "asking people for stuff." After weeks of their original strategy of procrastination and denial, the two followed up on a tip from a good friend and turned to the internet to solve their woes. We now join their story in progress.
