Hello Family and Friends! We are sending you this information now (yes, wayyy early) so that you have up to date information about the weekend. Not only is this a destination wedding, IT'S SUPER BOWL AND VALENTINE'S DAY WEEKEND! While Vegas is not short on hotel rooms, we do want to give you as much information and opportunity to secure your hotels etc. so that you can reserve your stay at the best rates possible.
We will be arriving Thursday to get settled and ready for the big weekend! We look forward to seeing family and friends on Friday as you arrive into Las Vegas! Please find the following additional gatherings for the weekend. We would love for you to join us as your schedule permits.
Friday evening (February 11th) we will gather for an informal cocktail meet and greet at The Chandelier Lounge inside The Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino. We will be there 6pm-8pm. Drop by, have a cocktail and say hello! Or feel free to get settled into your room and explore The Strip!
Saturday, February 12th, THE BIG DAY! Our wedding ceremony will take place at The Neon Sign Museum @ 12:00 noon. After a brief ceremony and lots of pictures, we will host a 4-hour reception at Maggiano's Little Italy. We cant wait to celebrate with you all!
Also please join us for more shenanigans Saturday night (after you recoup from the ceremony and reception) at The Fremont Experience. We will gather OUTSIDE of The Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino @ 129 East Fremont Street. Enjoy the spectacular music and sky video experience, zip lining and more! We plan on meeting at 8:00pm
We are staying at Bellagio Resort and Casino. We have included some other hotels we have stayed at before and love. Happy to give suggestions of where to stay if you need them! *If you love the pool scene (yes, even in February) make sure to confirm that your hotel's pool is in operation in the winter months. Not all resort pools are open year-round.
