Peru & Costa Rica

First, we'll experience the drama and mystery of South America’s greatest civilization, on a tour package that takes us from the imperial capital of Cusco and along the sacred pilgrimage route of the Incas all the way to world wonder Machu Picchu.

We'll acclimate for the trek while touring the sights in Cusco, then we’ll embark on the Inca Trail on a thrilling 4-day walk past fascinating Inca ruins, over the famous Dead Woman’s Pass, and into the cloud forest, ending at the Sun Gate entrance to Machu Picchu.

It’s been called the world’s greatest trek and it leads to South America’s greatest wonder, Machu Picchu.

Our second part of the trip consists of staying at an all-inclusive resort in Costa Rica. Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica is located on the stunning Papagayo Peninsula in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Perfectly situated on a serene beachfront and surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this hideaway will offer us an unlimited-luxury experience in one of the most romantic and intimate settings imaginable.

When we are not basking in the sunshine at the resort, we might be found hiking cloud and rain forests, or walking along pristine golden brown beaches and active volcano's craters. Costa Rica is a location that will offer us the ability to get close to frogs, monkeys, sloths, birds and wildlife and do everything to our hearts content.
