The closest airports to the venue are Reno International (2.5 hours) & Sacramento International (1.5 hours). We recommend renting a car through a third party -or- checking out TURO.
We've also reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in El Dorado Hills for October 14-October 16. It is approximately a 30-minute drive to the venue so please plan accordingly. These rooms will only be held until SEPTEMBER 2 so we recommend booking sooner rather than later. Special rates are $145-155 per room per night depending on the type of room desired/ available.
There are other hotels and cabin rentals closer to the venue if you choose to make alternate arrangements!
Reservations for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in El Dorado Hills may be made by:
1. Calling the hotel directly at 916.358.3100 and asking for the special rate under the Event/Block Name (Barwick Gonzales Wedding)
2. Online by entering the Group Code BGW
