Greetings!
Andrew sent Heather a Facebook friend request and they began messaging each other the next day, on 6.22.2013 (hence part of the reason for the date). They hit it off and Heather found Andrew to be very funny. Andrew was planning a visit to Baltimore for his cousins wedding in July, which is when they first met! Heather made a poster and met Andrew at the airport. They had been talking on the phone, texting, and FaceTiming throughout the month prior. Andrew asked Heather to be his girlfriend on 7.31.2013. Heather had just graduated nursing school and knew that something was different about this guy, so she decided to do something crazy and move across the entire country with her dog, Domino, to be with Andrew after only knowing him for about 3 months and spending only 9 days with him. Andrew has a boston terrier named Ovie, short for Ovechkin - his favorite Capitals hockey player.
Andrew is a director of golf and was working at a golf course in Laguna Beach and Heather started her nursing career in California at an allergy and asthma doctors office. Heather knew she needed more nursing experience and wanted to work in a hospital, so she applied at John's Hopkins Bayview in Baltimore, where she was hired same day and the couple decided that Heather needed to make an unfortunate career move and relocate to Baltimore in May of 2015. They continued a long-distance relationship, taking turns visiting each other every 2-3 months. Though it wasn't easy, it was worth it! In November of 2016, Heather got a job at a large hospital in California as a travel nurse and was able to move back across country to be with her love after 18 months apart! Upon Heathers arrival, Andrew surprised her with a new toy poodle puppy, which they named Remington (Remmy). The puppy truly completes their little family, well, for now!
On Christmas morning in 2016, Andrew got down on one knee in front of Heather's family and proposed. Andrew and Heather decided to move back in December 2017, prior to the wedding. They took a week long cross-country drive with all three dogs! They visited The Grand Canyon, San Antonio, and New Orleans! They are now living in Catonsville, Maryland and will soon be looking to purchase a home of their own.
They picked 6.22.2018 as their date as this is the date they started talking 5 years ago and it is also the date of Heathers parents anniversary - this year will be 38!

We have reserved room blocks at The Residence Inn by Marriott. The base suite is $159 and that includes transportation to and from wedding and to and from airport and anywhere else within 5 miles from hotel 24/7. They have three different types of suites, all with full kitchen. Hotel includes free hot breakfast, pool and jacuzzi (it will be HOT in June, so bring bathing suits!), and work out room. It is walking distance to Arundel Mills Mall and casino. We plan to most likely go to the casino after the reception for some additional fun!

The closest airport is BWI (Baltimore-Washington International). This airport is 6 miles from Arundel Mills, where the hotel block is reserved. Shuttle service to and from airport is included/free with hotel reservation. The reserved hotel in Arundel Mills is 45 miles from the venue, which is why we will have transportation included. Arundel Mills is the safest local place to stay and you will be staying next to a huge mall with a casino and many stores, restaurants, and bars.
