Ground Transportation:

Available through the hotel or you can use https://www.cancuntransfers.com/ for $55 round trip shuttle service.

Covid Updates and Protocols:

We are acutely aware of everyone's concern regarding the pandemic and associated travel concerns. We understand and want to do our best to give you the most assurances possible. Please see below for requirements and helpful information.

Precautions:

The resort is running at reduced capacity with indoor areas requiring 50% capacity and social distancing.

Face coverings are encouraged for guests when around others and indoors and required for employees.

All planned events are open air.

We strongly suggest that prior to departure you take a rapid antigen test to ensure your negative status.

Current Travel Requirements:

There are no testing requirements to enter Mexico currently.

You will need to take an antigen to return 24 hours before your return flight (https://mx.usembassy.gov/covid-19-information-for-u-s-citizens-in-mexico/).

Antigen testing is available on site and provided free of cost with a three night stay (or $30) and they will make an appointment with you on check in.

Insurance to cover hotel quarantine is also available at a minimal fee for the offchance you do test positive.
