We plan to return to two of our favorite countries ever -- Japan and South Korea. We actually got engaged in Japan while on vacation from my year-long stint as an English teacher in South Korea. Understandably, then, both countries hold a special place in our hearts.

Why do we really want to go back, though? Because the weather was darn near unbearable when we were there. If you're not familiar with monsoon season, consider yourself lucky. It rained every single day we were in Japan, so we had to limit some of our excursions and day trips. Luckily, the monsoon season had ended by the time Matthew arrived in South Korea to be with me, but it was also the hottest summer of my life. I'm talking 95 degrees by 11AM, DAILY. Similarly, we had to limit our excursions and day trips.

So we still have A LOT to see in both our destinations. I hope you'll find it in you to help us follow our dreams of traveling where we want for our honeymoon in mid-November!
