One of the pillars of our relationship is our love for travel. Since we began dating in 2015, we've visited Mexico City, Paris, New York City, San Francisco, Denver, and lots of other places near and far, and this summer we plan to add a 10-day honeymoon in Iceland to that list. Our first three nights will be spent taking in the sights of Reykjavik, the capital city of Iceland. From there, we will set out on a weeklong road trip around the island via the famous Route 1 aka Ring Road. Our journey around the country will include visiting geysers in the Golden Circle, exploring the black sand beaches of Reynisfjara, touring glaciers in Jökulsárlón lagoon, and whale watching in Húsavík.
