You made it! We made it!

That's right, if you're reading this message you have already received the news that we are getting married THIS SUMMER. We are still in some disbelief at our good fortune, so are excited to consecrate it in front of all of you, something akin to a collective pinch in the arm to see if it wakes us from this special dream.

We set up this registry site since we know some of those joining us, or even those who can't, will feel compelled to give us gifts. But we've also been through the wedding circuit and know the expense and time commitment involved in joining us, so please do not feel any obligation to give us a gift. Just having you there to share the euphoria of the day will be sufficient.

But like I said, some will feel compelled, and we like this option so that when we do get around to our honeymoon (and in the meantime spend every spare second working on our yard and our home) we feel like a piece of you is there with us.
