2020 threw a wrench into a lot of plans, including our original dream honeymoon. I know, it sounds crazy that Hawaii was not actually our first plan, since it does seem like such a perfect honeymoon destination, but we were originally hoping to go to Japan and while there hit up Disney ( because obviously it's us) and the new Nintendo World at Universal. International travel is not really going to be a thing for a while though. A lot of people told us to postpone, and while we do intend to postpone our Japan trip we are not going to postpone our honeymoon. You see, last April we were stuck in a one bedroom apartment all month and this upcoming one we intend to enter our married life with a well deserved trip. Plus, Bethany will be celebrating her 30th Birthday on our honeymoon! So why Hawaii and what do we intend to do? Glad you asked! Neither of us have been and it seems like a perfect getaway to go unwind and enjoy after we have all had a very stressful past year. Plus, our goal was to get to experience Disney in a new way on Bethany's birthday, and we will still be able to do that with our plan of spending a few days at Disney's Aulani Resort during our stay. What else do we plan to do? Well, obviously do some sightseeing. We plan on hitting up Kualoa Ranch, where Jurassic Park, as well as other movies, have been filmed. It wouldn't be our honeymoon without some sort of pop culture thrown in. We also hope to check out all that Hawaii's beauty has to offer. While this wasn't the original plan, this trip is turning into our dream honeymoon and we hope that you all will help turn that dream into a reality.
