Sri Lanka

We will be doing a 2 week tour of Sri Lanka in December. Hopefully we will get to go whale-watching, encounter Sri Lankan elephant...more

Greetings!

Hello friends and family,

We are so excited to share our wedding day with you.

Please arrive at the Town Hall by 11.30am. Parking is available on street near the Town Hall. There is also an NCP car park by the train station. On the day there will be parking available in the Council car park - please enter and go to the LOWER level if this is available: Lacy Street, SK1 3NQ.

A drinks reception will follow the wedding.

The reception begins at 2pm. Many people will be driving however the 199 bus also runs to Disley as well as the train. Let us know if you're struggling with transport between the venues, but hopefully we have allowed enough time between for everyone to take their time!

The evening party will begin at 7pm with cutting the cake followed by first dance at 7.30pm. The golf club is booked until 1am: please make sure that you pre-book taxis from Disley Golf Club for the end of the night.

Many of you know what it has taken for us to get to this stage. For us, the real joy is that we get to celebrate being together forever more with all our (UK side!) nearest and dearest surrounding us. If you would like to give us a gift, we would be really grateful for anything at all that makes you think of us. If you wish, we've come up with this list of ideas which contribute to our honeymoon or time spent together. Please don't feel obliged to get us ANYTHING - the most important thing is that you join us on 18th March.

Lots of love,

Ruby and Nati

Sri Lanka

We will be doing a 2 week tour of Sri Lanka in December. Hopefully we will get to go whale-watching, encounter Sri Lankan elephants, spend some time on the beach and hike through the mountains, as well as visit the 5 UNESCO sites in the Culture Triangle. We've chosen Sri Lanka for a number of reasons but mostly because we know this will be an adventure that both of us will love!
