Hello friends and family,

What a crazy 2020 year this has been thus far. Our first thought is for your health and safety in this new world we are living in.

As many of you know, there has been a lot of uncertainty when it comes to our upcoming wedding this month. We received word around the 8th of May that Costa Rica would remain closed until June 15th. With our flights leaving on June 16th. May 8th I officially knew our Dream wedding would not go on. A few weeks later we now know the resort is closed until NOV 1. I was devastated that all the planning and excitement that we had suddenly was ripped out from underneath us.. it took another 3 weeks for us to come up with some sort of alternative and I am now pleased to say we WILL still get married on 6-20-20 in a small social distance guided ceremony here in Charlotte with only 25 people able to be in attendance. We plan to stream live! Hopefully you will tune in!

The past few months have forced us to cancel some of so our many of celebrations, and while we know people lost many more things, this was a special time for us.

Many of you know that we purchased our first home exactly one year ago this month. With all the wedding planning, then Covid-19, its just been a whirlwind of emotions. We've just begun to try make our house our home. If you are able to help with that, we would so appreciate any gesture.
