COVID INFO: We will be distributing COVID Rapid tests at the entrance of the Wedding. Please come to the ceremony with a mask. Guests will need to take a rapid test and get a negative result prior to entering the venue.

Weather Alert: Please bring a light jacket with you to the Ceremony & Reception. Adjuntas can get chilly and a little windy, around 60 degrees at night.

Complimentary Dinner Info: We will have a complimentary dinner for guests arriving on Thursday, February 17th & Friday, February 18th at 6:30pm at Tierra Del Fuego. If you are planning on using the shuttle service, you will need to be at one of the dinners to get transportation to the hotel. If you would like to attend one of the dinners, please email me at kathrynlael@gmail.com so that I can reserve the correct party size for each night. NEW HOTEL INFORMATION The Villas de Sotomayor are sold out online. They do have rooms left, but you will need to call to reserve a villa!
The next best hotel that we recommend is the Parador Bajo Las Estrellas in Adjuntas, which is a 10 minute drive from the venue. Link for information here: https://bit.ly/3ApE4Ey You must call +1 787-665-0297 to book a room.
There are plenty of hotels available in Ponce, which is about 45 minutes away. Including the Aloft in Ponce: https://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/pseal-aloft-ponce/ Meliá Century Hotel: https://bit.ly/39hXlf1
Shuttles will not be going to any other hotel other than the Villas de Sotomayor, so you will need to rent a car for your stay. Love Katie & Julio

Shuttle Information Updates: The current plan is to have two pick up dates: Thursday, February 17th & Friday, February 18th. We will be meeting at Julio's Dad's Argentinian Steakhouse Tierra Del Fuego at 7pm. There are plenty of Ubers in San Juan and the restaurant is about 15 minutes away from the airport. We will have a complimentary dinner and then the shuttles will take you to the Villas De Sotomayor. Sunday, February 20th Pick up times: 1:30pm & 2:00pm. The ceremony will start at 3pm. Shuttles back to the hotel: 8:30pm and 10pm. Monday, February 21st Shuttles to the San Juan airport: 8am and 11am.

Important Hotel Updates:
If you are planning on staying at the Villas De Sotomayor, you will need to confirm your reservation by September 1st. February is their busy month and there are a lot of festivals in the area. If you decide not to stay there, there are airbnbs and other hotels in the area they are just not as close to the venue and shuttle service will not be provided.
If you decide to wait, you may still try and see if they have villas available. Below are the current rooms and prices they have to offer.
Each Villas has a full bathroom, TV and kitchenette.
Prices are for 3 Days & 2 Nights. Prices are subject to change if you book after September 1st, and dependent on length of stay.
