Since the off season in Red River is so long, we decided to take full advantage and go on an extended road trip! We want to hike, camp, ski, visit wineries/ breweries/ distilleries, and of course, eat plenty of good food. Right now, we're not 100% sure where we're going, but we'll update everyone soon!
