Our dream honeymoon is to take an African Safari! Though it might be a while before we can take this trip, we are already fantasizing about it.
On this trip, we would fly into Nairobi, Kenya, spending a day or two in the city before heading out to the Maasai Mara National Reserve and Serengeti National Park that is on the other side of the border with Tanzania.
Kenya is often what people picture when they imagine Africa–sweeping plains, baobab trees and "the big 5" (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo.) In the summer, millions of wildebeests cross the Mara River between Kenya and Tanzania.
