It is not without caution that we embark on our honeymoon on November 16th. Given the many travel restrictions due to Covid, we decided to take this opportunity to visit places domestically that we’ve either never been to or would like to see again.
Matt’s temporary job will end in early November leaving him with plenty of time on his hands while I have vacation days to burn. Suffice to say, we’re making the best of a situation we hope to never be in again.
Our adventure will include stops in Nashville, Memphis, Laurel (MS), New Orleans, Austin, Santa Fe, The Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. We’ll turn around there and visit both Zion and Arches National Parks before heading to the Denver area to visit Matt’s son. We’ll then make our way through Kansas and Missouri to see the St. Louis Arch before heading up to Chicago and into Detroit to visit my family. We’ll make our way home from there by December 5th.
