As I sum things up this week, there will be several events we will be planning to spend time with each other. I will come up with a more detailed itinerary. For starters, we are going to do one formalized group dinner together. I am gathering the details, but most likely I will be hosting a cocktail hour, then if you would like to stay and eat, we will sit and enjoy dinner at one of the beautifull restaurants of San Jose. It will be open to the group and we hope to see you there. Next, I am arranging a day of fishing for the boys. Most likely a half day fishing and drinking while the girls enjoy a day in the spa's.

We will be spending most days on the beach at "Cabo Surf Hotel." This is where we will be staying from June 18th-25th. Most people I have spoken with have found their spot for the week but if you have any questions please call me. There are so many rad places close to everything. Cabo Surf is most likely booked out by now, but if you are still intrested try calling them directly. It is more expensive, and not all inclusive, however its beautiful. The good thing is that if you are not staying there, you can still access the beach and restaurant. There is public access directly adjacent to the hotel with a small public parking lot. Or you can access the hotel parking lot and ask to eat at the restraunt. They will tell you that you cannot bring your surfboards down if you are a visitor. And they ENFORCE this policy. You will also not be able to use the pool unfortunately. But hanging out on the beach, surfing all day, and up at the hotel around the pool area as well as the restaurant. It will make sense when you see it. It will be perfect for everyone to meet and hang. We will have access to rental everything surf at the hotel. We will also have umbrella's and chairs from the hotel for the beach.

I DO recommend renting a car. It is the best way to navigate at your schedule. It is fairly inexpensive with lots of options right from the airport. As far as my experience has been, most hotels do not provide a free shuttle service. Its a 20-30 min haul and usually another way for people to make money. If your hotel does, SICK! A car will provide you with some A/C and easy commuting. Everything is close and it has changed quite a bit down there as far as access to things like the states including starbucks, costco, etc.

I am trying to arrange shuttles to the wedding location. For two reasons, parking is kind of the wild west mixed with respect for the neighbors as sparce as it is out there. I don't want to trash the area at ALL. We are guests. The MAIN reason is because of drinking.

Its about a 20-25 min drive from town to my uncle Damian's House where the wedding/reception is located. That drive is not a place you want to crash or have something terrible happen as a result of us enjoying ourselves too much. Designated drivers and hopefully shuttles to get people home safely is a PRIORITY FOR US. We love everyone attending, its very special to us. We want everyone to be safe and remember that we are still in a foreign country, with laws in which we must abide, with infastructure and emergency care that doesn't compare to what we are used to. I say this with RESPECT and GENUINE LOVE for you guys.

With that said, it is going to be epic. We will do our best to spend some time with everyone. There are quite a lot of people going, so bear with us. It will be warm, so expect some pretty harsh sun. Ocean water will feel like a bath. Snorkeling local, great fishing, so much good food and cold tequila.
