Because we have lived together for a few years, we've been fortunate enough to have collected more household items than we really need. Instead of the usual registry items, we decided to focus a little more on having experiences and making memories that will last for the rest of our lives, starting with our honeymoon.

While I (Donia) have not traveled the world (or very much of the U.S.) yet, Colby spent five years in the Navy and was able to visit 18 countries during that time. But together, most of our travels have been to visit family, which is important to us both.

So for our honeymoon, we would like to be able to see and experience something new together. Our dream vacation would take us to Ireland, Scotland, Iceland, or any place with beautiful landscapes and unique cultures, and a trip that promises to be full of adventure.

For now, though, we'd like to save some money to make that dream trip come true. Our honeymoon will be spent in our gorgeous Texas hill country, maybe on a ranch or in a cabin in the trees. Any contributions we receive will go towards our fees for gas, accommodations, food, and a lot of fun.
