Day of wedding guests will meet at the Asheville Renaissance Hotel to be picked up by trolley. The trolley will drop guests off at The North Carolina Arboretum for the ceremony. Lastly the trolley will transport guests to the reception venue, The Century Room @ Packs Tavern. There is a 5 minute walk back to The Asheville Renaissance Hotel from the reception at Packs Tavern. Schedule details are below.
Itinerary Info:
Date: Monday, June 04, 2018:
4:15PM – Two 34 passenger trolleys pick up guests at the RENAISSANCE HOTEL and
take them to the ARBORETUM.
5:00PM - Ceremony starts
6:00PM - Cocktail Hour at ARBORETUM following the ceremony
7:00PM – Trolleys take guests to PACK’S TAVERN.
11:00PM - Reception Ends
