Dearest Friends and Family,

We can't thank you enough for coming to our wedding celebration. This is the only gift we need - and if you think that's just something people say and it doesn't count - just think about how much you're spending to get there.

We're lucky to already have a home full of everything we need (including more things from John Lewis than Simon would like Amy to own). However, we have been alerted to the stress and anxiety our not having a gift list has been causing some of our guests. If you are insistent in wanting to give us a gift, we would welcome a contribution to our dream honeymoon. As you may know we are off to Japan for two weeks. With your contributions Simon might be able to be a little less frugal on the restaurant choices :-)
