Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Madagascar

We will be starting our travels by flying into Nairobi and then into Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. We will be picked up by our travel guides at the airport and swept away to Arusha where we will begin our African safari journey to see the "Big Five", the Great Migration, the Olduvai Gorge (where the ancient Hominid fossils and footprints were found), Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater (Rob REALLY wants to see giraffes in the wild!). We will then take a flight from Mount Kilimanjaro to Livingstone, Zambia, where we will get to see Victoria Falls and go white water rafting down the Zambezi river. The 3rd night of our stay in Victoria Falls will conclude with a riverboat sunset cruise on the Zambezi as we relax and take in the scenery of the falls. After that we will catch a flight that will take us to Nosy Be, Madagascar where we will spend a week touring the tsingy, scuba diving, visiting islands close by and seeing baobab trees. We will be spending our last days of our honeymoon at Andilana beach resort hopefully getting to see lemurs of all shapes and sizes up close and personal! It is our goal to see as many animals as possible in the wild while we are touring Africa and see as many unique species as possible while we are in Madagascar.
